This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for our video generator subscription plans and credit-based usage. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
Our video generator operates on a credit system. When you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, you receive a credit allocation that you can use to generate videos and access related features. Credits may be consumed when you generate videos (including retries, variations, exports, or other actions that require processing).
2. General Refund Terms
General rule: Subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specifically stated in this policy.
2.1 Digital Service and Immediate Access
The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. If you start using the Service (for example, generating videos, consuming credits, or accessing paid features), your purchase becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Usage
3.1 Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
When you subscribe (monthly or yearly), you receive credits according to the plan you selected. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable and are billed in advance for the billing period.
3.2 Credits and Credit Consumption
Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the Service. Once credits are granted to your account, they are generally non-refundable. Credits may be partially or fully consumed as you generate videos or use other credit-consuming features.
3.3 Unused Credits
Unless your plan or checkout page states otherwise, unused credits do not entitle you to a cash refund. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period, subject to plan terms.
3.4 Plan Changes and Renewals
If you upgrade, downgrade, or renew a plan, billing adjustments and credit allocations (if any) will be handled according to the plan terms presented at checkout. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
4. Cooling-Off Period (EU/UK and Similar Regions)
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with a statutory "cooling-off" period for online purchases, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
However, for digital services, this right may be waived if you request immediate access and the Service begins during the cooling-off period. If you have used the Service (for example, by consuming credits or generating videos), your refund eligibility may be limited or waived to the extent permitted by law.
5. Duplicate Charges
Refunds for duplicate payments or accidental double charges (for the same subscription period or purchase) will be issued to the original payment method after verification.
When approved, duplicate-charge refunds are typically processed within 25 working days.
6. Exemptions and Exceptions
6.1 Service Unavailability or Major Issues
In certain cases—such as extended Service outages, billing errors, or major failures that prevent reasonable use of the Service—We may offer, at Our discretion and where permitted by law, a partial refund, credit adjustment, or service extension.
6.2 Fraud Prevention and Abuse
We may deny refund requests if we detect fraud, abuse, or misuse, including attempts to obtain refunds after substantial credit consumption or repeated refund requests.
6.3 Cancellation by Outscal
If Outscal cancels or discontinues the Service (or a paid plan) without offering an alternative, we may issue a prorated refund or account credit for the unused portion of the subscription term, as required by law or at Our discretion.

- Whether credits were consumed and approximate time of purchase
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
8. Policy Modifications
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund eligibility for purchases made before the effective date of the updated policy.
